Evaluation of effects on sustainable development of the territory (VVURÚ), in accordance with the Annex 5 of the Ordinance No. 500/2006 on territorial analytical documentation and territorial planning documentation, as amended, including the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), in accordance with the Annex 1 of the Act No. 183/2006 Coll. on territorial planning and building regulations (the Building Act) for drafting territorial plans of cities/municipalities, consisted of evaluation of effects of changing functional usage of localities proposed in the Master Plan on the environment and balance of individual pillars (economic, social and environmental), which characterize sustainable development of the territory. The specific feature of the project was its localisation inside the protected landscape area Šumava and presence of numerous natural values, including wide diversity of landscape types resulting in diverse conditions for development of the territory.
