AF-CITYPLAN is a modern engineering company focusing on infrastructure development of cities and regions. Our customers can rely on quality of work and compliance with deadlines. Since its foundation in 1992, CityPlan has acquired not only the certificate of quality control and environmental management, but also international recognition. CityPlan received in 1992 the European award ECCS for its participation in implementation of the Marian bridge in Ústí nad Labem. A year later, the Mariánský bridge was declared in the poll of the scientific magazine Structural Engineering International as one of the ten most important bridge and engineering structures in the world of the past decade. Our customers are entities from both the private and public sector, including cities, regions, universities and non-governmental organisations in the Czech Republic and abroad. In 2005, our company moved into larger premises enabling further development of the company in the centre of Prague near Wenceslas square. In 2015 the company was changed addresses - Magistrů 1275/13, 140 00 Prague 4, which is also the home address AF-CONSULT Czech Republic. Currently, AF-CITYPLAN has over 70 professional employees – developers and consultants. There are authorized engineers of ČKAIT working here in the fields of transport constructions, bridges and civil engineering. Qualification of employees is substantiated by certificates on completion of various professional (domestic and foreign) courses.
On 27th April 2011, CityPlan became a member of the Swedish group ÅF.
On 30th July 2012 occurred with regard to the process of integrating the company CityPlan Ltd. in Swedish ÅF Group changed its name to AF-CITYPLAN s.r.o.
On 1st January 2014 was opened a new branch office - AF-CITYPLAN - atelier LIBEREC.
On 1st June 2015 the business address of AF-CITYPLAN s.r.o. is changed to Magistrů 1275/13, 140 00 Praha 4.
AF-CityPlan cooperates with Czech and foreign universities (Karlsruhe – DE, Cranfield University – GB) and other institutions (in particular Umweltbundesamt Wien, Öko-Institut Darmstadt, Austrian Energy Agency, PTV AG Karlsruhe, PSV Regionalverkehr GmbH Dresden).
